Salad with chicken breast

Chicken breast — 200 g
Canned corn 100 g
Hard cheese Molendam Hollander 50 g
Eggs— 2 pcs
Marinated champignons 5-7 pcs.
Cucumber — 1 pc
Oil — 1 tbl. sp.
Mayonnaise 2-3 tbl. sp.
Parsley (greens)
Salt
Pepper

Step 1
Cook chicken fillet until cooked. Cool in broth.Step 2
Chop the chicken and cut the cucumber into strips into the bowl.Step 3
Add grated cheese and canned corn.Step 4
Beat eggs, add salt and pepper. Pour vegetable oil on a frying pan and fry on both sides.Step 5
Cool the omelet and cut into strips. Dress the salad with mayonnaise. Add salt to taste. Add the chopped omelet.Step 6
Put it on a dish and decorate with halves of marinated champignons and finely chopped parsley. Cool slightly in the refrigerator. Salad is ready.Bon Appetit!
