Cheese Cream for cupcakes

spreadable processed cheese “Our Dairyman” Creamy or “Molendam” Gouda (room temperature) – 160 g butter “Our Dairyman” 69% (room temperature) - 50 g vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon (can be replaced with a few drops of vanilla essence) powdered sugar - 1/4 cups

Step by step recipe

Step 1

Whip spreadable processed cheese and butter until smooth with a mixer at medium speed.

Step 2

Add vanilla extract or essence.

Step 3

Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to whisk until smooth.

Step 4

Cool, then use a pastry bag to squeeze the cream onto the completely cooled cupcakes.
