Ukrproduct Group consistently upholds the principles of corporate social responsibility, particularly in the area of employment for people with disabilities.
In the context of the full-scale war, we are committed to supporting those who are most in need of access to work and a stable income. Expanding employment opportunities for individuals with health conditions has become an integral part of the company’s long-term development strategy.

Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the number of employees with disabilities at Ukrproduct Group has increased by 30%. This reflects a systematic approach and a clear understanding of the importance of accessible and dignified work for all.
In addition, Ukrproduct Group has introduced internal reporting systems that allow management and the Board of Directors to monitor progress and ensure effective oversight of inclusive initiatives on an ongoing basis.
