Yeast dough

Milk – 0.5 liter
Flour – 0.8-1 kg
Butter “Our Dairyman” 82 % or 72% - 200 g.
Sugar - 2 tbl.sp
Salt – 0.5 t.sp
Dry active yeast - 1 pack (11 g)
or fresh yeast - 50 g

Step 1
Add 1 t.sp. of sugar and a bit of warm water (about 50 ml) into yeast and rest in warm place for 20 min.Step 2
Sift flour.Step 3
Heat milk to 30°С.Step 4
Sift half of flour into the bowl, add warm milk, knead a dough, add sugar and yeast, which have already risenStep 5
Sprinkle dough with flour, cover a bowl with a clean napkin and put in a warm place (for 50-60 minutes).Step 6
Melt the butter on the lowest heat.Step 7
When the dough rises, add salt, butter (about 30 degrees warm) and the rest of the flour. Stir everything with a spoon.Step 8
Then knead the dough until it stops sticking to the hands. Sprinkle prepared dough with flour, cover with a napkin and let rise in a warm place (for about an hour).Step 9
Knead the risen yeast dough with a hand and let it rise again (15-20 minutes).The yeast dough is ready!
