Cream for cupcakes

Composition
butter “Our Dairyman” 69% or 72% - 250 g powdered sugar, sifted - 575 g (about 4.5 cups) 1/4 cup of milk and 1 vanilla pod (only seeds are needed), can be replaced with 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or a few drops of vanilla essence; gel food coloring (optional)

Step by step recipe

Step 1

Take out butter from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to preparation.

Step 2

Beat butter with a mixer in a big bowl at medium speed, adding sugar powder gradually.

Step 3

When about half of sugar powder is left, add milk and vanilla, then add the remaining sugar powder and whisk to receive a light, airy mass.

Step 4

Put the cupcake cream in a confectioner's bag and decorate the cupcakes.
