Cupcakes

Butter - 120 g
Flour - 220 g
Baking powder - 5 g
Sugar - 200 g
Milk - 120 ml
Eggs - 2 pcs
Vanilla extract or vanilla sugar - 1 t.sp.

For baking homemade cupcakes we need molds, paper cups.
Prepare vanilla dough for homemade cupcakes. Sift 220 g of flour (you can sift 2 times) in a bowl, add baking powder - 5 g.
Put 120 g of soft butter in a mixer bowl. Beat until butter turns white. Do not stop whipping, add 200 grams of sugar. Continue to beat for 1-2 minutes.
Continuing to beat, add alternately 2 eggs and 5 grams of vanilla sugar. Beat until the mixture is white. During whipping, remove the mixture from the walls and mix to make the dough smooth.
Then reduce the mixer speed to minimum, add flour and 120 ml of milk. Add milk and flour in three stages.
The dough is ready.
Using a pastry bag, a mechanical spoon for ice cream or a regular tablespoon, spread the dough into paper forms (they need to be filled in 2/3).
Bake cupcakes in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 min.
Check the readiness with a wooden stick. Take out the cupcakes from the oven, let them cool down, then put on a grate or board, without taking them out of the paper cups, and allow to cool completely.
Homemade cupcakes are ready!
Ready-made pastries can be decorated with cream.
